When LA weather is a monolithic heat wave punctured by mist, it’s time to shake things up. The Astrologer’s Daughter is bringing her own show to a local news station near you (think positive, think positive, think positive). The good, bad and bananas of what the planets are up to … and what you can do to navigate the celestial currents! Stay tuned to the luckiest station in the world. In the meantime, tune into instantly accessible “instagram live” stories shot in my very own studio.
What: A Brunch with a Bunch of Creative Professional Seeking Celestial Wisdom for 2019!
When: February 10th, 2019 at 12:30 PM
Why should you care? It’s a fun idea, and an economic way to get a bunch of charts read at a fraction of the cost (yes, it won’t be QUITE as comprehensive as the one-on-one hour reading, but it’s amazing the amount of information one can get out in 20 minutes).
Consider it an event!
The “global leaders in social entertainment” want readings and who are we to stop them? A palm reader, a tarot reader and an astrology dice roller are taking on 150 guests for their PEEK INTO THE FUTURE event. I think we’re spot on given the theme. Photos to follow!
Give the gift of cosmic connection with a Valentine’s Day reading for a loved one. From your love style to the type of partner that makes sense for the long haul, a deep dive into one’s natal chart can reveal some delightful insight about what makes someone tick in the romance department. Couples’ readings also available (where we compare two charts for compatibility). Don’t hesitate to email with any questions.
Happy (early) Valentine’s, lovers!
I’m back for the annual fright night in the wilds of San Diego. This is an incredibly busy time for readings … and couldn’t be happier to be booked by one of my favorite party planners on October 27th (which means I’m still free to celebrate on Halloween proper … so far).
“There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.”
― John Lennon
Heading to Borrego Springs for Master Class with evolutionary astrologist Steven Forrest (author of foundational astrological classics: The Inner Sky, The Changing Sky and Skymates). Part of a good astrology reading in creating stories -- especially when it comes to the Moon's Nodes. It's not so important (or even possible) that the facts are true, but learning to tell a story that is emotionally resonant is what opens the gateway to self-awareness and healing of all that various rifts we work so hard to hold together in the psyche. If that sounds too complicated, it means it's a very good thing I'm going to this workshop:)
Heading to Calistoga to deepen my understanding of the role of "progressed planets" in one's natal chart. Someone's gotta do it.
Imagine. A Love Story, a comedic memoire of love and loss in LA, is now available as an eBook or paperback on Amazon.
Just look at what my close friends and family have to say about it :)

"Whoah. Kelly Chambers brings the painful, mind bending, enlightening, empowering fluctuations between romantic anxiety and levity right at ya in this one. She doesn't spare us a moment of her love process. And thankfully so, because a lot of fuuuuunny, funny stuff comes with it. (OMG, Chapter 9) It's a truly entertaining read that let's us look right at the inner workings of this gal while more than once finding ourselves snuggled right in there, whether we like it or not." - K.L.F.
"Such a fun, honest, spiritually insightful read! I found myself laughing loud enough to be asked by my roommates what I was reading. Kelly Chambers weaves a raw story of expectations in love and life with profound spiritual truths. She puts flesh and bone to the vagueness of quasi romantic communication, breathing vulnerability and expert humor into its lungs. Read this book if you want to laugh and relate on multiple levels." - R.N.
"Truly a must read! It perfectly captures those feelings we all go through when trying to navigate our way through a new relationship! Part of me couldn't put it down and the other part of me didn't want to rush through it. It's like spending hours in the kitchen preparing a meal and wanting to savor every bite! It had me completely engaged and wanting to know how it all unfolded! Great book!" - M.A.
"Grab a comfy seat and dive into this L.A / NY tale of love, relationship and good dose of laughter. Loved every page!" -Y.G.

That's it folks. Dame Helen Mirren rushed the production of our show. And while we don't blame her for the hideous sound quality of Episode 7, we do attribute our premature launch to meeting her at the Creative Artists Agency screening of Women In Gold. All laid out for you in our Series 1 outro: Episode 8: Follow The Signs (sound, check!).
Apply Here, written by Nicholas Brovender, is a thought-provoking play about a future in which love is controlled by the state -- a privilege granted (or not) by the judgement of a few. Four individuals dare the rigid interview process leaving it up to the audience to decide what determines a pass or fail grade. And guess who gets to play God?
